Countdown to Thanksgiving: Pumpkin Pie

When you think of Thanksgiving desserts the first thing that comes to mind has to be Pumpkin Pie.  I enjoy the traditional pumpkin pie but my all-time favorite pumpkin recipe has to be the Libby's Pumpkin Roll.  Here are some great pumpkin recipes that take the classic taste of pumpkin pie to the next level.  Now to choose which one to make!
